Credit Analyst

The credit analyst will work as part of the lending team in the role of underwriting credits to determine the credit worthiness and risk profile of commercial borrowers. Credit Analysts aide the bank in making sound decisions regarding commercial credit requests. Tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

 

·        Spreading financial statements and income tax returns

·        Collateral analysis

·        Industry analysis

·        Company financial statement and income tax return analysis

·        Traditional cash flow analysis

·        Liquidity and leverage analysis

·        UCA cash flow analysis

·        Stress testing

·        Preparing projections and forecasts

·        Guarantor personal cash flow analysis

·        Personal credit report analysis

·        Guarantor net worth analysis

·        Global cash flow analysis

·        Interfacing with servicing officers and commercial borrowers

·        Aiding servicing officers in consumer requests

·        Performing collateral inspections

·        Meeting deadlines and staying on task

 

A bachelor’s degree in a field of business with a focus on finance, accounting, or real estate is preferred.
