Vandermeer Diesel Equipment Services is a heavy diesel equipment service shop specializing in agricultural and construction equipment. We are also an authorized Deutz-Fahr and LS Tractor dealership. Expansion is in the near future, and we are looking for a full-time parts manager.
Full-time:
Mon. - Fri. 8AM - 5PM
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Looking up and ordering parts.
- Keep orderly records of all orders.
- Maintaining an accurate and effective parts inventory control system.
- Submitting all parts warranty within time frame to receive maximum credit.
- Answering phone calls.
- Communicates with service personnel to ensure correct parts are ordered and delivered quickly.
- Follows the business' established financial and operational objectives
Experience, Education, Skills, Knowledge:
- 2+ years in parts department operations preferred.
- Excellent customer service.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft programs and internet functions.
- Basic understanding of finances in relation to parts department operations.
Starting pay depends on experience.
