    Trust Fund Clerk

    Description:
    • This position performs technical accounting functions that involve recording, classifying, and analyzing financial transaction of Trust Fund individual's accounts.
    Responsibilities:
    • Posting receipts and disbursements
    • Daily reconciliation of the trust fund system
    • Prepare monthly reports and statements
    • Audit trust fund transactions for accuracy and completion
    • Monitor client budgets/finances
    • Type checks, correspondence, and other related accounting paperwork
    Qualifications:
    • Proficient in Excel and Word
    • Analytical skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and ability to follow complex processes
    • Must be able to multi-task and practice sound judgment
    • Experience in clerical work of business-related field
    • Experience in Trust Fund Accounting/Bookkeeping or related work preferred
    • Experience working with data/financial systems a plus
    • College degree also a plus
    • Can-do attitude and cordial personality required for busy team environment
