Cowboy Country Title is looking for another full time Escrow Officer. We are a close-knit team of professionals who value our connection to the local community and offer an exceptional closing
experience.
We pride ourselves on being fast, honest, and friendly. Our new Escrow Officer will work quickly and accurately through files to provide our current clients with an elevated experience is the closing and will develop and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
The position is full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, on-site, located at our office in Stephenville, Texas. An Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and have strong
communication skills and preferably have at least 2+ years of escrow experience. If you are a qualified candidate seeking a long-term position, we are interested in speaking with you.
Job Duties:
• Schedule and manage the entirety of the closing of the transaction in accordance with Texas Department of Insurance's guidelines, as well as contractual and lender requirements.
• Review title commitments and satisfy all prerequisites necessary to issue title policies.
• Preparing HUD Settlement Statements and Closing Disclosures and balance with lenders.
• Maintain responsive and positive interactions with clients and keeping all parties informed of file status.
• Review and comply with funding requirements of the transaction.
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in escrow
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
License/Certification - Our office will help you obtain these .
• Texas Notary
• Escrow License
