CASA CTA is a nonprofit organization based in Stephenville that provides advocacy services to abused and neglected children in Bosque, Eastland, Erath and Hamilton Counties. The program recruits, trains, and supports volunteers to serve as Guardian ad Litem for children in the state foster system.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 3 years experience; effective public presentation skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact well with diverse populations and personalities.
Responsibilities: Fiscal Management; Resource Development/Fund Raising including grant writing and management, special events, annual campaign, capital campaign. Program Management; Staff and Volunteer Leadership; Volunteer Recruitment, Retention and Recognition; Community and Public Relations; Liaison with state and national associations and key stakeholders; Strategic Planning and Development.
