    Job Description

    Works under general supervision and provides advanced administrative support work.

     

    Responsibilities:

    50% Provides advanced administrative support and may serve as personal assistant to Marketing and Communications Manager. Inquiry and application workload assistance through CRM management and may assist management in the supervision of student workers and support staff including confidential matters. Answering questions and making phone calls to students as well as answering complex questions threads via email communication.

     

    25% Recruitment activities which may include event organization, promotion, and execution.

     

    25% Dedicated to supporting recruitment, student inquiries and questions through content generation for use in social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, and WordPress. May be assigned long term project responsibilities. 

    Required​ Education and Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four years of related experience.

     

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient at personal communication such as face to face conversation, phone calls, and written, electronic channels including email and social media platforms. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others, often in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Positive attitude toward new initiatives. 

     

    Preferred ​Education and Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree. Experience in higher education recruiting, marketing, and events preferred. Salesforce CRM knowledge and experience a plus.
