DESCRIPTION:American Legion Post #240 - Turnbow-Higgs invites the community to join them at the annual Veterans Day Ceremony!\n\n\n\nThe program will begin at approx. 10:30am and will conclude at 11:00am to coincide with the signing of the World War I Armistice on the 11th hour\, of the 11th day\, of the 11th month\, ending the war with Germany.  \n\n\n\nErath County United Way & Interbank will serve donuts & coffee to early arrivals.\n\n\n\nTarleton State University Texan Corps of Cadets and ROTC Color Guard will present colors and Rifle salute.\n\n\n\nVeterans and first responders are encouraged to enjoy lunch hosted by White Horse Christian Academy at the First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
