DESCRIPTION:The Stephenville Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for a State of Congress & Business Luncheon featuring guest speaker Congressman Roger Williams\, Chair of the House Committee on Small Business.\n\n\n\nThe luncheon will take place at the City Hall banquet facility on Monday\, October 19th from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm.\n\n\n\nCongressman Williams will share about important legislative updates and programs impacting businesses\, followed by a Q&A with Chamber President/CEO July Danley.\n\n\n\nDo you have a question for Congressman Williams? Email us HERE. We will do our best to incorporate the topics that our Chamber members are most interested in learning more about.\n\n\n\nRoger Williams is the Chairman of the House Committee on Small Business and represents the 25th Congressional District of Texas. Mr. Williams was raised in the Fort Worth area and attended Texas Christian University. Upon graduating\, Mr. Williams was drafted by the Atlanta Braves before deciding to begin a new career as a car dealer and the head baseball coach at TCU. In 2005\, Governor Rick Perry appointed him to serve as Texas Secretary of State.
