This series kicks off on November 6 at 5:30 pm and consists of 2 class options each week.
We will have a celebration event at the end of this series on Friday, December 8 at 5:30 pm. This celebration will include lite refreshments and the presentation of personal Mantras to each participant.
This event is open to all!
This series is for anyone interested in learning how to meditate, regardless of background or belief. These classes are designed to give a broad introduction to pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, teaching & practice.
- You will learn how to relax your mind, sharpen your concentration, and generally begin feeling more energized & refreshed.
- You will be provided with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety and problems.
- Meditation will help you overcome negative states of mind and to cultivate positive minds such a patience & love.
