    Event Description:
    Be Well, Live Well: A Program on Healthy Aging is a five-week course that is being offered at the Stephenville Senior Citizens Center.  In this class, there will be some cooking demonstration.  You'll also learn about nutrients needed as we age; foods need to support cognitive health; be able to use the nutrimental facts label as a tools to help maintain healthy eating; keep food safe while shopping; how to interpret dates on food packages; safe storage practices; find solution for eating alone; how to plan meals for small household and the benefits of physical activitities

    This course is being sponsored by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.
