GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION

Stephenville is located at the intersection of US 281, US 67 and US 377 and is situated 25 miles south of IH-20 and 70 miles southwest of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Stephenville is the retail center for a trade area population of approximately 80,000 Texans.

TOPOGRAPHY

Located on the rolling to hilly, partly wooded, partly prairie plains of West Central Texas, Erath County soils range from the prairies of the west to the scattered timber of the east. The elevation ranges from 900 to 1,700 feet above sea level.
