Join Kate Althlathini to unpack assumptions about the way individuals communicate at work. The course explores body language, diversity, motivation, and work-family balance. Participants will identify methods for promoting communal balance in the workplace, strategies for effective communication, and techniques for enhancing professional image. Participants will learn to define organizational culture and explore resources to increase personal and professional opportunities.
