              A public forum will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. at the Ranger College lecture hall to discuss the proposed thoroughfare plan. Freese and Nichols, Inc. will be there to answer questions regarding the update of the City of Stephenville's Thoroughfare Plan. There will be a presentation followed by a Q&A session. Citizen attendance and input is highly encouraged.
