Turnbow-Higgs American Legion will host a Memorial Day Ceremony beginning at 9:00 AM at American Legion Veterans Field of Honor located at West End Cemetery.

Guest speaker - Dr. Matthew Hallgarth, retired Air Force officer and veteran of the Bosnia/Kosovo war and currently associate professor of philosophy and religious studies at Tarleton State University.
Laying of wreath, Rifle Salute and playing of Taps by Turnbow-Higgs American Legion Honor Guard will conclude the 30- 45 minute program.
Public invited.... seating for 50 will be available.
